A Manatt team led by Entertainment Partners Christopher Chatham, Nathaniel Bach and Sarah Moses secured a significant victory for defendants Megan Roup and The Sculpt Society, obtaining summary judgment of plaintiff Tracy Anderson Mind and Body, LLC’s copyright infringement claim regarding exercise routines. This latest order comes after Manatt had previously won dismissal of the plaintiffs’ Lanham Act and unfair competition claims.
