A Manatt team led by Capital Markets Partner and Leader Thomas Poletti and Corporate and Finance Partner Veronica Lah represented Digital Health Acquisition Corp., a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC), in a $110 million business combination consisting of a merger with VSee Lab, Inc. and iDoc Virtual Telehealth Solutions, Inc. This transaction marks the transition of Digital Health Acquisition Corp. from a SPAC to an operating company, and will see it renamed VSee Health, Inc.
Manatt’s team included partners Esra Hudson, Jeffrey Mannisto and associates Danli Lan, Adriana Bass, and Bernhard Alvine. Other members of the team included Burak Ahmed, David Herbst and Jonathan Weiss, who provided tax advice, and paralegals Toni Nolan and Brooke Kestner.
