Danli Lan is a Corporate and Finance associate in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Danli’s practice involves complex domestic and cross-border transactions covering mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital markets involving equity and debt, joint ventures, and private equity.

Before joining Manatt, Danli worked as an associate at a boutique law firm, where she developed significant experience working on initial public offerings (IPOs), including special-purpose acquisition company IPOs.

While in law school, Danli served as a judicial intern to the Honorable John A. Gibney Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
