David McGrath is counsel in Manatt’s Orange County office and a member of the environment practice. His practice focuses on an extensive variety of regulatory and transactional matters involving hazardous waste, air quality and climate change, energy projects, land use and development, water quality, and related government compliance issues.

While in law school, David served as a writing advisor to first-year students, participated in the environmental law and trial advocacy clinics, and served as editor-in-chief of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA, where he played basketball for the Bruins and advanced to consecutive NCAA Final Four appearances.
