William Cheung is a Manatt Health manager in the firm’s New York office. He provides quantitative and qualitative research support and strategic advice on health care business and policy issues to the full spectrum of health care stakeholders.

Before joining Manatt, Will worked as COVID-19 Contact Monitor for the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and a large managed health care company, where he developed strategic recommendations and helped identify opportunities to automate and digitize care management and utilization management.
