Victoria Lew is a litigation, white collar, and investigations associate in the Firm’s Orange County office. Her practice focuses on representing corporate and individual clients in criminal and internal investigations, as well as other compliance matters. She has defended clients in prosecutions involving fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, and other financial crimes. In addition, Victoria has litigated complex civil matters involving contract, fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and trade secret misappropriation claims in federal and state courts.
Prior to joining Manatt, Victoria was an associate at an international law firm.
Victoria previously served as a law clerk for the National Security Division at the U.S. Department of Justice and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Laurence Rubin on the California Court of Appeal.
