He works with Manatt’s team of national advisors to provide integrated strategic, policy and business solutions as the health care industry seeks to realign around value and efficiency.

Additionally, Troy has contributed to enhancing payer-provider partnerships as well as to improving care for patients with chronic diseases, helping underserved populations gain access to care, strengthening electronic data exchange and—amid the pandemic—creating plans to expand access to COVID-19 testing sites nationwide.
