Bio

Thomas Enders

For 30 years, Tom Enders has worked with leading health care organizations to improve the management and delivery of health care. He is one of the nation’s leading strategy and organization development consultants to academic health systems, medical schools, children’s hospitals and associations.

Clients turn to Tom to lead complex, multistakeholder strategic planning initiatives; for his knowledge of the formation of new delivery system models, including joint ventures, accountable care organizations and clinically integrated networks; and for his depth of experience in academic medicine, extending to research planning, advanced information technology and organization structure.

Tom also counsels provider organizations around the country on Medicaid policy and provider delivery transformation, payment and reimbursement reform, mergers and acquisitions, and information technology strategy.

Before joining Manatt, Tom was a senior partner and managing director with Computer Sciences Corp.’s global health solutions practice. He was responsible for the company’s East Region health delivery practice, which included strategic services, clinical systems implementation and optimization, revenue cycle, technology and integration services, performance improvement, and information technology outsourcing for leading health care providers.

Prior to CSC, Tom was a partner with APM, a health care management consultancy. There, he led projects related to strategy development, organization change and performance improvement.
