Steven Chen is a Manatt Health manager in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Steven provides qualitative and quantitative research on a broad range of substantive issues including health care business and policy. In addition, he monitors federal and state health policy and market development and other emergent health care trends.

Previously a summer analyst at Manatt, Steven also has experience in the not-for-profit health insurance industry developing data analytics products and programming for a large provider-aligned health industry association.
