Stephanie Roeser is a partner in the employment and labor practice and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She represents clients in a wide variety of employment and commercial litigation matters, including litigation defense of wage-and-hour class actions as well as single-plaintiff discrimination and retaliation matters.

Stephanie also represents employers before state and federal administrative agencies and advises employers on employment issues and best practices.

Before joining the firm, Stephanie provided legal services to startups in the Bay Area.
