Stephanie Denkowicz is a senior counsel in the New York office. She concentrates her practice on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic partnerships, and corporate and commercial matters. Stephanie has represented German and other European companies in over 50 mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, including auction sales.

Stephanie counsels clients in diverse industries, including automotive, book, journal and magazine publishing and healthcare. She has been actively engaged for over 20 years in representing first- and second-tier automotive suppliers in their cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in commercial matters.

Stephanie is a frequent speaker on mergers and acquisitions and succession planning issues for privately held entities. She is active in the International Bar Association and is the former Chair of the Business Law Section’s Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee.
