Sol Lee is a consultant with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt. He provides quantitative and qualitative research support and strategic advice on health care business and policy issues to the full spectrum of health care stakeholders.

Before joining Manatt, Sol worked as a research fellow for the Center for Transformative Care at the University of Chicago Medicine, where he led a working group of physicians, nurse practitioners and researchers to execute an ambulatory care program to reduce readmission rates and improve cost savings for Medicare patients. He has also worked as a senior advisor for a nonprofit health care organization, where he developed a mission/vision statement to empower health care professionals seeking global health equity.
