With more than three decades of value-based care, health system and consulting leadership experience across the provider, payer and digital health landscapes, Seth focuses on innovation, transformation and strategy, and he has led teams at both startups and premier health systems. He advises a diverse range of stakeholders—including pediatric hospitals, emerging digital health companies, academic medical centers and integrated health systems—on driving strategic transformation and advancing value-based care. He is also known as a pioneer in provider-sponsored risk and globally capitated pediatric care. He has also led system strategy, partnerships and business development for national innovators.

Prior to joining Manatt, Seth served as chief business officer for a leading population- and value-based substance use disorder and mental health provider, where he drove growth and helped expand its population health model. Before that, he led business development for a patient experience software platform to better connect patients, clinicians and caregivers. Seth has also held chief strategy officer and chief transformation officer roles for multibillion-dollar health systems with integrated health plans, a preeminent children’s hospital and a publicly traded population health infrastructure company.
