Sean Kiernan is a Real Estate Transactions and Finance associate in the Firm’s San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Manatt, Sean was a real estate associate at a large multinational law firm. Sean’s practice focuses on representing clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases and joint ventures.

Previously, Sean was an associate and summer associate with Manatt.
