Sareen Armani is a litigation associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the Firm’s Trial, White Collar and Investigations practice. Her practice focuses on civil and criminal enforcement inquiries, securities litigation and complex commercial disputes.

Before joining Manatt, Sareen was a senior associate at the Palo Alto and Los Angeles offices of a global law firm, where she handled a variety of litigation responsibilities, including representing a multinational technology company in M&A litigation arising from one of the largest technology mergers, as well as a global insurer in a fast-paced insurance litigation matter. Sareen also worked at a white collar boutique firm in New York, where she represented an elected official in multiple inquiries, and she served as a court-appointed special prosecutor in the Southern District of New York.
