Rebecca Stoltz is a health care senior manager with Manatt Health group in the Firm’s Boston office. Rebecca is an accomplished public policy professional in the design, implementation, management, evaluation and financing of highly-matrixed demonstration projects and the national, state and local policies and systems that impact access to health care and human services. She brings policy experience in Medicaid, behavioral health, primary care and early childhood.
Before joining Manatt, Rebecca served as the Deputy Director of Policy & Special Projects in the Office of Accountable Care and Behavioral Health for MassHealth, the Massachusetts Medicaid program in the executive office of Health and Human Services.
Rebecca has also led the integration of behavioral health into pediatric primary care at a Massachusetts-based, federally-qualified health center and was an inaugural hire at the Harvard University Center on the Developing Child, where she led the Center’s work on the science of trauma, adversity and resilience.
