Rawan Latif is a manager for Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory division of Manatt.
Based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office, Rawan works on a broad range of substantive issues including payment and delivery system transformation, health system and academic medical center strategy, and Medicaid policy.
Rawan comes to Manatt with an extensive background as a major in the United States Air Force. During her time in the military, Rawan led the 316th Medical Squadron’s pharmacy migration to MHS Genesis that increased joint medical interoperability for 594,000 National Capital Region TriCare beneficiaries. Additionally, she oversaw the largest element at the 96th Medical Group pharmacy, managing a staff of 11 pharmacists and 44 technicians, and an $18 million budget to deliver services to eight wings, 37 associate units and 32 clinics for 118,000 TriCare beneficiaries.
