Ramya Sundaram is a trial, white collar and investigations associate in the Firm’s New York office. Ramya’s experience is in broad-based litigation practice in state and federal courts that includes general commercial, class action, contract, employment and other litigation matters. She has drafted complex pleadings, including motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, discovery requests and motions, and appellate briefs; managed discovery; and prepared for depositions and trial.

Before joining Manatt, Ramya was a litigation associate with a New York-based firm. She also previously served as a legal intern with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and worked as a paralegal for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
