What We Do
Our multidisciplinary Political Advertising team assists content distributor clients in navigating federal and state laws that govern the exhibition of political advertising content on their platforms. These complex regulations include limitations on the amount charged, recordkeeping requirements, content-related requirements (e.g., false statements, deepfakes, etc.) and time restrictions, and impose varying types of requirements on the platform, such as requirements relating to verification, disclosure of funding sources and record keeping. We can help clients adhere to these legal regulations, ethical rules and platform guidelines to avoid regulatory fines, penalties and potential injunctions. We can also counsel clients on their overall distribution strategy in light of complying with the various political advertising laws and rules.
Who We Represent
We work with media platforms, publishers and content distributors of various sizes, offering tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and objectives in the dynamic landscape of political advertising.
