Bio

Nicky Zarchen

Nicky Zarchen is a manager in the Health Care Consulting Support business unit in the Firm’s San Francisco office. She is specializing in social sector solutions with a focus on healthcare delivery, project management, and community engagement. She brings a wealth of experience in healthcare strategy, impact investing, and public health, with a particular emphasis on equity and social determinants of health.

Before joining Manatt, Nicky held various leadership roles, including External Affairs & Investments Officer at The Miami Foundation, where she managed a portfolio of $5M+ in grants and worked on initiatives addressing economic development, climate resilience, and racial and LGBTQ+ equity. In addition, Nicky has led over 150 community events annually, engaging thousands of residents through partnerships with nonprofits, government agencies, and corporate entities.

Nicky’s work spans across multiple sectors, having designed and implemented innovative solutions to address healthcare disparities and promote inclusive medical education. At Radical Partners, she played a key role in driving social impact initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, and overseeing the execution of strategic partnerships. Nicky is an active community leader, serving as Vice President of the Board at TransSocial, Inc., and co-president of the Consortium at Berkeley.
