Morgan Cooper is a health consultant in the Firm’s Boston office.

Morgan’s expertise includes health policy, program evaluation and public health innovation. With a strong background in health management and policy analysis, she helps clients navigate complex health programs and develop effective strategies to enhance program performance and achieve desired outcomes.

Before joining Manatt, Morgan was a consultant where she led projects focused on Medicaid demonstration programs, managed care oversight and health policy evaluation. She played a key role in driving business development, closing large contracts and optimizing state and federal health programs across the country.
