Bio

Misa Eiritz

Misa Eiritz is counsel in the firm’s Los Angeles office and a member of the investigations, compliance and white collar defense and litigation practices. Misa’s practice focuses on representing corporate entities during criminal investigations and complex civil litigation, and advising clients on government and regulatory matters. She has experience defending False Claims Act actions, consumer class actions and complex contract disputes for a variety of clients in state and federal courts.

Misa defends entities in white collar criminal and regulatory enforcement matters and advises clients through internal investigations. She represents clients at all phases of government investigations, including responding to grand jury subpoenas and civil investigative demands. Misa has represented clients in the banking and healthcare industries.

Before joining the firm, Misa served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to law school, Misa was a staff investigator for the Orleans Public Defenders Office for three years.
