Michael Budros is a manager with Manatt Health, an interdisciplinary policy and business advisory practice of Manatt. Michael provides policy analysis and strategic solutions to the full spectrum of health care stakeholders.

Before joining Manatt, Michael worked as a senior policy director for a D.C.-based health policy consulting firm, providing clients depth of knowledge in Medicare and Medicaid managed care policy, value-based benefits and reimbursement, and social determinants of health data. In addition, Michael spearheaded policy development and operations for multistakeholder advocacy coalitions dedicated to affordability. Michael is a former David A. Winston Health Policy Fellow for the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee who was focused primarily on Medicaid and public health. Michael received his Bachelor of Science, Master of Public Policy and Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan.
