Melindah Sharma serves as Managing Director at Manatt Health with a focus on commercialization, supply chain and venture capital. 

With a 25+ year career as a global health care executive defining vision and building core capabilities within pharma, consumer health, medical devices, digital health and hospital/physician care organizations, Melindah has led R&D, commercial and supply chain, finance and strategy/re-engineering functions ranging in size from seed to $95B in revenue. Prior to joining Manatt, Melindah co-founded VLab partners and led the marketing integration of a multibillion dollar health care system across practices. 

As a business leader, she improved cash flow and execution across complex, multibillion dollar product organizations across multiple P&Ls and their subfunctions across global teams achieving shareholder value increases of 45–66%. While at Johnson & Johnson, Melindah was responsible for establishing the capital/asset/portfolio management capability across the Enterprise; with Sanofi, she shaped their global regulatory affairs strategy, and at Genpact, she led the strategy for Life Sciences, Knowledge Management and Corporate Social Responsibility. 

In addition to her work at Manatt Health, Melindah is an Industry Advisor to Arcade Therapeutics and Galen Growth, and a member of Impact100. Melindah is a founder of the South Asian Coalition against Violence and has been the Honorary Chair for the Women's Resource Center, where she was once a resident. Melindah is fluent in Hindi and English and has worked across four continents and in more than 20 countries, to drive growth and patient access to care globally.
