Meghan K. McNamara
Meghan McNamara is a Manatt Health partner in the firm’s Albany office.
Her practice focuses on representing health and behavioral health providers—including federally qualified health centers, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities and home care providers—in all facets of regulatory representation. These include certificate of need applications, licensure applications and day-to-day regulatory compliance issues before the New York State Department of Health, Office of Mental Health, Office of Addiction Services and Support, and Office for People with Developmental Disabilities.
Prior to joining Manatt, Meghan served as a partner in the health law department of an Albany-based law firm. She provided counsel and strategic guidance to clients on changes in New York’s health care delivery system.
Meghan has also served as a legal intern for the Health Care Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and as a law clerk for an Albany-based health insurance company.
