Max Blumenthal is a Manatt Health manager in the Firm’s Boston office.

Max develops and implements qualitative and quantitative research and programs on health care policy issues for complex and vulnerable patients and families. He brings expansive knowledge of Medicaid and social determinants of health policy, as well as patient-centered accountable care models and other emerging health care trends.

Prior to joining Manatt, Max worked at MassHealth on the design and launch of the Flexible Services Program and researching and drafting 1115 waiver policy for patients with complex medical and social needs.
