Marina Ahmad is an associate in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Throughout her career, she has represented a diverse roster of clients across a range of industries, including entertainment, life sciences and technology, and has specialized in providing her clients advice on corporate governance and in complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings.

Marina also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on reproductive rights, immigration law and nonprofit work. She has travelled to Nepal for a pro bono mentorship and training program for women lawyers, a testament to her commitment to diversity, social justice and global legal outreach. Marina is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Muslims with Progressive Values, a nonprofit organization dedicated to furthering human rights through public education, advocacy and the arts.
