Madelaine Newcomb is an associate in the firm’s Chicago office.

She focuses on business litigation, consumer protection, and regulatory matters. With experience representing clients in both state and federal courts, and managing all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

She previously worked at Manatt, where she worked in consumer litigation and regulatory compliance for financial institutions, insurers, and retailers. Before joining Manatt, Madelaine was an associate at another law firm, where she represented clients in a variety of business litigation matters and arbitration proceedings. Additionally, Madelaine has experience handling commercial litigation and bankruptcy cases at Askounis & Darcy PC and began her legal career at O’Brien Law Firm in St. Louis.
