Lauren Ward is a senior manager for Manatt Health in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. With experience working with the full spectrum of health care leaders, Lauren provides policy analysis and strategic solutions to Manatt’s clients.

Before joining Manatt, Lauren held several roles at a national health care consulting group, where she advised clients on health care policy intelligence, strategy and implementation. Lauren oversaw projects focused on health equity, social determinants of health, and health care quality. Having previously worked for large health systems, Lauren is adept at optimizing operations strategies, managing multi-stakeholder alliances, and analyzing the impact of state and federal policy on health systems and their patients. Lauren also spent several years at the National Committee for Quality Assurance, where she managed quality measure development projects and researched health care disparities.
