Kevin P. Dwight

Kevin is a trial attorney representing clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration matters in venues nationwide. A partner in the Civil Trial and Appellate practice and resident in the Firm’s San Francisco and Silicon Valley offices, he has extensive trial and litigation experience in a broad range of industries, including trusts and estates, real estate, franchising, employment, and financial services. Kevin recently secured a $12 million judgment on behalf of a high-net-worth client following an arbitration against her former business manager and legal advisor for breaches of fiduciary duty and the duty of loyalty. Prior to that, he successfully delivered a full defense verdict for one of the nation’s leading health plans following a jury trial on claims for whistleblower retaliation and wrongful termination.

A recipient of the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services, Kevin is committed to pro bono work and regularly provides legal services to the poor. He regularly represents low-income tenants in San Francisco to negotiate settlements of unlawful detainer actions.
