Katrina Connolly is a Manatt Health senior manager in the Firm’s San Francisco office.

Katrina is an experienced public policy thought leader with a collaborative approach to leading complex policy analyses, managing projects and communicating key findings in polished client-oriented products.

Before joining Manatt, Katrina provided senior policy consulting for a public policy and economics consulting firm, where she researched, developed and presented quantitative and written products on myriad policy analysis projects for public, not-for-profit and private-sector clients. Her projects included examining the organization and delivery of health care in California; developing strategies to address challenges in California’s system of mental health services; and designing evaluation and measurement approaches for Accountable Communities for Health and for the integration of Medi-Cal health services.
