Katherine Herman is an associate in the Firm’s DC office.

With a strong background in legal research and policy analysis, she assists clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and litigation matters. Before joining Manatt, Katherine served as a summer associate at the firm, where she drafted legal documents and conducted comprehensive research on corporate law and federal regulations. She also held a position as a student law clerk where she contributed to significant projects related to environmental justice.
