Juliette Mullin is a director with Manatt Health in the Firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Her background is in developing, implementing and analyzing initiatives in serious illness care, geriatrics, complex case management, social determinants of health, and Medicare and Medicaid managed care programs.
Before joining Manatt, Juliette was a senior consultant for Kaiser Permanente, where she specialized in serious illness and complex needs care. In this role, Juliette collaborated with Kaiser leaders across Northern California to identify major gaps in care and design programs to address those gaps. This included creating a regional palliative care advice call center, designing pilot programs to expand serious illness care access into home and community settings, implementing an interdisciplinary complex case management model using predictive analytics, and developing a regional COVID-19 mitigation toolkit for residential care facilities for the elderly.
Juliette received her Master of Public Health and M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University. Prior to graduate school, Juliette worked at The Advisory Board Company, where she led the publication of the hospital research and consulting firm’s Daily Briefing.
