Joy Madubuonwu is a Manatt Health consultant in the Firm’s New York office. With robust experience in policy and digital solutions, Joy develops high-impact strategies to advance clients’ business objectives and analyzes market trends for a broad range of stakeholders.

Prior to joining Manatt, Joy was on the founding team of a digital-first company focused on improving fertility outcomes, where she managed strategy and operations. In this role, Joy oversaw the rollout of new product and content releases, managed community engagement, and optimized marketing efforts. Previously, she served as a senior associate for a prevention-oriented digital health company for high-risk populations. Her projects included working closely with the product and implementation teams to roll out digital tools that clinicians use to optimize patient care. Before this, Joy worked at a large health system and as a health policy analyst on the deputy mayor for health and human services’ team in the New York City Mayor’s Office.
