Jordana Hausman is a senior attorney in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Jordana represents investors, syndicators, and developers in real estate transactions financed through the use of tax credits. She has significant experience closing transactions involving the acquisition, development, and financing of affordable housing financed through the low-income housing tax credit, including projects that also incorporate tax-exempt bonds, historic rehabilitation tax credits, renewable energy tax credits, state low-income housing tax credits, and other state and federal subsidies.

Before joining Manatt, Jordana was an associate at a Mid-Atlantic law firm.
