Jacob Barroway is an associate in the New York office.

Jacob is a JD/MBA graduate from Fordham University, where he was a finalist in the Gabelli+ ESG Competition, demonstrating his commitment to sustainability in legal frameworks. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from the University of Michigan, graduating with distinction and completing a study abroad program at the University of Westminster.

His recent legal experience includes an internship at Pixel Vault, a billion-dollar NFT company, where he drafted joint venture agreements and conducted legal research on tax implications. Previously, he was a summer associate at Grant & Eisenhofer, focusing on tort cases and pharmaceutical class actions, and interned at Creative Artists Agency, supporting sponsorship negotiations for NBA players.
