Manatt Health partner Paul Carr-Rollitt guided Canopy Health through a product collaboration agreement with Health Net, another Manatt client, to offer a new, affordable health plan in the San Francisco Bay Area. The agreement was announced on September 16.

The strategic collaboration with Health Net resulted in the launch of CanopyCare, a new plan offering affordable access to the entire Canopy Health alliance of 5000+ high quality doctors, dozens of urgent care centers, five medical groups, local community hospitals and a leading academic medical center wherever members work, live or play in the Bay Area. The plan offers a new level of flexibility and access to accommodate the needs of companies and workers adjusting to the work-from-home era caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Partners Steve Chiu and Brian Kelly, from Manatt Health and Manatt Digital and Technology, respectively, supported Carr-Rollitt in closing the collaboration.
