With Brian, we have added to our strong national team an attorney with stellar project finance and M&A experience who, in concert with lawyers in our environmental and regulatory practices, will provide exceptional service to clients.”
Orlanski noted that the combination of Ashin with other recent additions to the Washington, D.C., office, “adds to Manatt’s significant energy and environmental presence on the East Coast. Together with the firm’s talented lawyers in New York and California, they provide a valuable, comprehensive resource to clients looking for ways to strengthen their enterprises and increase performance, opportunities and growth.”
“Manatt’s strong corporate and finance practices attract high-quality and complex work that will provide an ideal platform to service my clients and an exciting opportunity to grow my practice,” Ashin said. “I am very impressed with the firm’s focus on providing thoughtful, sophisticated client service and look forward to helping the firm continue to build and grow its leading corporate practice—not only in D.C., but nationwide.”
