WADA Creates Chaos in International Sports

The World Anti-Doping Agency has had a string of serious failures. It failed to contemporaneously discover what it says was massive state-sponsored doping at the Sochi Olympics, and then it failed in investigating that failure as well as in protecting its sensitive records from hackers.
