Report on Russian State-Sponsored Doping Lacks Due Process

The report, prepared by Canadian law professor and lawyer Richard McLaren, on Russian state-sponsored doping lacks important requisites of due process. Because that report has been the basis of the banning of more than 300 Russian athletes, Russian reaction could put international athletics back to their fraught state in 1980 and 1984 when the U.S. and Russia, respectively, did not participate in the Olympics.
