Oakland Raiders Extend Los Angeles Losing Streak to Two

For the second time out of two, the Oakland Raiders have been denied a chance to move to Los Angeles by the NFL. On the other hand, St. Louis failed in its efforts to keep its team from moving to Los Angeles. Both situations may well have legal repercussions.
