Divided 9th Circuit Panel holds Prop 8 Unconstitutional

This morning the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit issued its highly anticipated opinion in California's Proposition 8 litigation.

Manatt filed an amicus brief in this case for the Howard University School of Law Civil Rights Clinic and Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
