Manatt represented Toll Brothers, Inc. in securing land use entitlements for the Victoria Boulevard Apartments, a 306-unit multifamily project in Dana Point, CA. The project will redevelop a 5.5 acre school bus yard site. The entitlement work, led by Susan K. Hori, included the adoption of a new Specific Plan for the project, negotiating a Development Agreement and an Affordable Housing Agreement and overseeing the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) documentation. The project will next go before the California Coastal Commission.
