Manatt Achieves Mansfield 2023-2024 Certification from Diversity Lab

Manatt is proud to receive Diversity Lab’s Mansfield 2023-2024 certification after another yearlong process, which analyzes law firm diversity practices in an effort to further promote representation and equal leadership opportunity among ethnicity, gender, disabilities and sexual orientation. 

The Mansfield Certification requires firms to consider at least 30% historically underrepresented lawyers for leadership roles, participation in client pitches and meetings, partner elections, and hiring, among others. Firms must also track their candidate pools in a disaggregated manner, prompting them to measure the impact of the Mansfield Rule by each underrepresented group.

In addition to receiving this certification for the past three years, Manatt has already committed to the Mansfield 2024-2025 certification process as part of the Firm’s ongoing dedication to fostering an inclusive environment where all professionals can bring their authentic selves to work every day.
