Manatt Antitrust and Competition Partner Dylan Carson was quoted in The New York Times on the Department of Justice’s recent blocking of JetBlue Airways’ proposed acquisition of Spirit Airlines.
In the article, Carson said that the ruling creates a “winning streak” for antitrust officials. “It really helps put the wind in the sails of the Biden administration’s enforcement agenda,” said Carson.
