A Manatt team led by Corporate and Finance Partner Scott Schwartz represented Mann+Hummel, a global filtration solutions provider, in its acquisition of Pamlico Air, a manufacturer of high-quality air filtration products. Mann+Hummel has held a majority of Pamlico Air’s shares since March 2021 and has finally completed the acquisition of its remaining shares. Under the umbrella of Mann+Hummel, Pamlico Air will join Tri-Dim and Tri-Dim Hardy in becoming a North American powerhouse in air filtration, covering retail, wholesale and the commercial aftermarket in the region. Together, the three North American brands will also form the Air Filtration Americas division of the Life Sciences & Environment segment of Mann+Hummel.
The Manatt team advising Mann+Hummel also included Partners Aydin Caginalp, Stephen Libowsky and Robert Duran.
Previously, Manatt represented Mann+Hummel in its strategic partnership with Pamlico Air, aimed to strengthen Mann+Hummel’s position in the market as well as enhance operational capabilities for Pamlico Air.
