Manatt CEO and Managing Partner Donna Wilson joined Richard Levick on the daily In House Warrior podcast for a conversation about Manatt's growth and evolution to become the professional services firm of the future.
When asked by Levick what has enabled Manatt to achieve a highly collaborative legal and consulting environment that has “eluded most law firms,” Wilson explained that it is the firm’s culture and capacity to adopt change that has allowed for the successful execution of this model.
“[I]t starts with collaboration and culture and that starts from the top down and the bottom up; it really is imbued throughout our culture,” Wilson continued. “Because if you don’t have that—nothing you do, no matter how you structure it, how you run it—it’s just not going to work unless you have that kind of philosophy at the firm.”
