Manatt Real Estate Advisors recently closed on the sale of Christian Light Missionary Baptist Church, a building located in downtown Los Angeles that had operated as a church since 1903.
The Manatt Real Estate Advisors team acted as the broker in the transaction, with a separate team at Manatt counseling in connection with the legal aspects of the transaction.
The property is the former home of a 118-year-old church that had served as a tribute to the community and supported the unhoused in the area for many years.
Manatt’s deal team was led by Manatt Real Estate Advisors’ director Alison Weinberg-Fahey, director Daniel Abram and senior managing director Keith Allen-Niesen and included partners Timi Hallem and Jill Dodd, as well as attorney Jeff Nguyen.
