Katherine Blair, partner in Manatt’s capital markets practice, represented MedMen Enterprises Inc., a publicly traded national cannabis retailer, in its closing of a US$10.0 million private placement of units consisting of Class B subordinate voting shares and three-year warrants.
 
MedMen plans to use the proceeds of the deal to accelerate construction for its new store openings in Boston and San Francisco.
