Manatt Health partner Randi Seigel was featured in a Law360 Q&A for being named a 2019 Law360 Rising Star for Health Care. She was honored for her work advising Humana in its $4.1 billion partnership with two private equity firms to acquire and split up Kindred Healthcare.
